Error description

• Upon upgrading from HAA V2.2 to HAA V3.1, plan names are blank
  on panel HAAPNL2 and package names are incorrect on HAAPNL3.
  This APAR will display  plans and package names  from the prior
  version (V2.2)  and will present a warning to the user asking
  whether they wish to retain the same plan and package names in
  HAA V3.1 or enter new ones.
  This APAR will also provide default values for new version
  settings (DB2 buffer size and secondary allocation %).
