• The pluginMerge tool cannot correctly merge plugin-cfg.xml files
  generated by all WebSphere Application Server Network
  Deployment processes.

Problem conclusion

• The pluginMerge tool has been updated to support merging
  of plugin-cfg.xml files that are generated by any WebSphere
  Application Server process.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 6.0.2.39.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
