PK86790: FAST APPLY SQL CAN NOT HANDLE AN EMPTY STRING ON A LOB COLUMN

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For SQL generation, Log Analysis uses a file reference for the
  data of a LOB column.  However, for empty strings, no file
  reference is made and the empty string itself appears in the SQL
  statements.  Fast Apply SQL does not currently handle this case.
