Error description

• Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2 DUMP:  TASK=VOL-DB2Q,ID=V410
  ,MOD=KO2EVLAB,OFFSET=00079E,CODE=S0C4/00000011
  ABEND0C4-11 IOSVCMB+78 (Channel Measurement Block Services)
  due to a bad UCB address passed from KO2EVLAB+75C
  (at PK77983 level).  During Volumes Analysis Collection, a
  Volume Entry was built that contained the incorrect address
  of the related UCB.  When passed by the IOSCMB GET Macro,
  IOSVCMB program checked because of the bad UCB address.
  Omegamon's JOBLOG showed:
   IEA794I SVC DUMP HAS CAPTURED:  778
   KO2E3042I  VOLUME ANALYSIS TERMINATED FOR DB2=DB2Q
   DUMPID=028 REQUESTED BY JOB (OMXEO2  )
