    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables the IPR Unload *
    * utility to support the LOUT control *
    *                      statement.                              *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
    This APAR provides the following functional enhancements of
    the IPR Unload utility;
    1. The LOUT control statement is added to produce the optional
    output record containing the length of each database record and
    its root key in the HPSLOUT data set.

    2. The root key field in the Largest Database Records report
    is extended up to 32 characters.
