• MT400 tag 71b not validated using WTX but Acked by Swift.
  
  The problem currently is with the leading slashes.
  
  If you remove the slashes from the beginning of the
  additional lines of field 71B, it passes SWIFT validation.

Problem summary

• MT400 tag 71b messages are valid using jvc validation but do not
  validate using the Swift type tree.the problem currently is with
  the leading slashes.  If you simply remove the slashes from the
  beginning of the additional lines of field 71B, it passes SWIFT
  validation
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated swift_iso7775.mtt type tree so MT400 field 71B uses just
  the 6*35x narrative format without a structured option.  In this
  process, removed the rule that excludes the narrative lines from
  starting with a "/".
