Error description

• This APAR addresses two problems:
  
  1)
  When creating Batch SYSPARMS Reports a user might get duplicate
  reports for some subsystems, buffer pool and group buffer pool
  data.
  If no SYSPARM data has changed duplicate Batch reports should be
  suppressed.
  2)
  For some SYSPARMS values a customer might see differences
  between Online and Batch monitoring:
  ACCUMAC, CACHERAC, HOPAUTH, MAXRBLK, RGFDEFLT, TRACTBL).

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  
  1. Duplicate ZPARMS sections in Batch reports
     (Group Buffer Pool Information).
  
  2. Some DB2 and Batch ZPARM counters are not synchronized:
  
     Batch processing (Rectrace and Sysparms) shows
     "RID POOL SIZE" now in KB, instead of bytes (as DB2).
     Batch processing (Rectrace and Sysparms) shows the correct
     default value for "HOP SITE AUTHORIZATION", which is "BOTH".
     If DB2 returns 0 for "DDF/RRSAF ACCUM", Batch processing
     shows "NO" for this field (as DB2 does).
  
     "RID POOL SIZE" and "HOP SITE AUTHORIZATION" will be stored
     with new values in the Performance Database.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  No duplicate Batch ZPARMS reporting information.
  Show same values for DB2 ZPARMS in Batch processing.
