Error description

• Rational COBOL Runtime for zSeries V6.0.1:
  
  Enterprise Generation Language (EGL) system libraries are not
  invoking the ELAUCDE program for all code page transformations
  resulting in an IGZ0099C internal error.
  
  This problem occurs when the system libraries tries to
  (erroneously) use an implicit conversion call from character to
  unicode.
  

Local fix

• An ++APAR is available upon request from IBM support.
