Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a needed start UR record follows an end UR record that began
  in the previous log then any activity in that URID may be
  inadvertently skipped.
  

Local fix

• The workaround before this fix is ready, is to adjust the start
  time of the analysis time period to the begin of the URID that
  is missing.
