APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a transaction is suspended and requeued, typically after an
  abend, IMS PA retains the current transaction record information
  and removes all associated links to the transaction. If the
  requeued transaction is not the only transaction for a dependent
  region the links to the other transaction(s) are not correctly
  reset.
  If the next transaction in the region ends and its storage is
  freed the requeued transaction will be left with a pointer to
  storage that is no longer available, therefore the ABENDS0C4 out
  of IPI4PROC.
