Error description
The following error occurrs in ReqWeb 7.1 when attempting to cre ate a requirement that contains a requirement type prefix of gre ater than 10 characters: Unable to add the requirement to the package.com.rational.rjcb.C omException: HRESULT=0x800408e5: ReqPro40.Package.iPackage_AddEl ement-?ReqPro40.Package.AddRequirementElement_: Could not move t he requirement. A child requirement must remain in the same pack age as its parent.

A child requirement must remain in the same package as its parent.
Problem conclusion
The problem was an assignment on the req type characters number, Req Web was just accepting 10 characters on ReqType, and the Native Client was working on 20 characters.
