Error description

• Allow recovery of a dropped simple TABLESPACE into a segmented
  TABLESPACE in DB2 V9.  Simple TABLESPACES created in DB2 V8 or
  prior cannot be recovered in DB2 V9.  This change will allow the
  recovery of the TABLESPACE into a segmented TABLESPACE.
  
  This change requires DB2 APAR PK60612 is applied on the V9
  system to allow support to unload a segmented table from a
  simple tablespace image copy.
  
  This requires Object Restore 2.1.
