APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In log-only reporting, fast path information is passed to the
  form-based report processor in an internal structure which
  itself contains offsets to groups of data.
  In combined reporting these groups of data are not contained in
  that structure, but are linked to it. Using an address as an
  offset causes incorrect data to be addressed.
  We'll need to ensure correct addressability for the fast path
  data segment when in combined CEX/Log reporting.
