PK84737: ADD TWO NEW OPTIONS (IN ADDITION TO Y/N) TO PROCESS RI FIELD

Error description

• This APAR adds two new options 'B' and 'R' (in addition to Y/N)
  to PROCESS RI field. These options would indicate when the
  inclusion of RI would take place as follows;
  
  B - Build Inclusion. This would allow RI to be exploded at build
  time, regardless if LISTDEFs are being used. Currently, AutoTool
  does not allow build time RI expansion when using LISTDEFs.
  
  R - Runtime inclusion. Specifying this option would generate the
  RI keyword on LISTDEFs. This would require LISTDEFs to be
  included in Job options. If LISTDEFs are not specified, a build
  error message would be displayed.
  
  Y - Process RI. This would function as it does today. The value
  of the LISTDEF job option will determine when RI is exploded.
  
  N - Do not Process RI.
