Error description

  • The DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS panel GOC5 will be
updated to clarify the use of values specified e.g.
"PDS for batch jobs" is actually "PDS for jobs" since ONLINE
generation is now available.
In addition the naming conventions for datasets will be made
consistent for batch vs online e.g. the "Prefix for data sets"
value will be used for online rather than the TSO PREFIX.

*                      field contains non printable.           *
*                      characters.                             *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

The field is defined in DB2 as CHAR(6) FOR BIT
DATA and contains unprintable data.

    



Problem conclusion

field in HEX.
