APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It is not possible to specify the Version Id as a number which
  represents the package generation to be processed (where 0 is
  the current, -1 is the version previous to the current and so
  on) when doing explain on a package in SQLPA. It works only if
  you enter the entire timestamp for the package's version.
