Error description
Rational Business Developer V7.1.0.3: Note: APAR PK83569 was opened for Rational COBOL Runtime zSeries V6.0.1 also. In order to fix this, both changes are needed in the runtime also. The following warning is received using the DL/I debugger to debug an EGL program when an invalid PCB name is used: com.ibm.javart.FatalException: TCPIP error occured on the remote host. Section: GET-PROXY-REPLY TCPIP-Operation: READ TCPIP-RETCODE:-1 TCPIP-ERNO:50 It is not clear from the above error what the actual problem is. When an invalid PCB is specified, an abend S0C1 occurs on z/OS and the actual error that should be returned for this is AIBRETRN:104 AIBREASN:208.
