Error description
Getting the following messages: INZI188E UNABLE TO RETRIEVE VSAM INFORMATION FOR THE TABLESPACE INZU366I UTILITY RETURN CODE 8 (REASON CODE 0x30a001) ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS 1. Doing an unload from a COPY of partition 1 of a 16-partition tablespace gets the following error: INZRE40 PAGE NO. page number IN LDS NO. LDS number OF PAGESET pageset IS NOT IN SEQUENCE, SCAN ABORTED The solution is to use the DDLDDN feature of HPU R310 to provide the DDL that corresponds to the structure of the input FIC. There is a problem with DDLDDN processing. PB 10006 2. HPU gets the following conversion error: INZI010E INTERNAL CONVERSION ERROR BETWEEN CCSID 1208 AND CCSID 1364

Possible result is abend * * S0C4, or error message: * * INZRE40 PAGE NO. 2 IN LDS NO. 0 OF * * PAGESET name IS NOT IN SEQUENCE, * * SCAN ABORTED. * * PB 10006 * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF. * **************************************************************** 1. Modules oestime, inzrunh, ovsam, oddldb2 were changed to fix the problem. When the LDS is migrated, force a recall in order to get the actual size of the LDS to unload. 2. Module Oddlx2, function oddlx2FeedTablespace was changed to compute correcly the number of bytes of the RID from the value of the DSSIZE and the LARGE attributes.
