APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you create a Change installation for either a Central or
  Remote server and setup a default (central) database you cannot
  ever remove the default database.
  
  This can cause problems if you need to change the default
  database or remove it form the change configuration.
  
  The only way to resolve the problem is to do a completley new
  Change installation and specify a different default database.
  
  There is no information in the installation guide to indicate
  that this limitation is by design.
  

Local fix

• To work around this problem you will have to create a new Change
  installation.

  "Attention: You cannot remove a central database once it has
  been assigned to a server. The only option is to uninstall
  the server."
