PK84185: POSSIBLE ABEND0C4 IN IGC00020 ON INCORRECT CALL TO CLOSE THE XML STRING DATASET

Error description

• When a DB2 version lower than V9 is being processed, a call to
  process XMLSTRINGS may result in a bad DCB being used to close
  the XMLSTRINGS dataset. This can result in an ABEND0C4 in z/OS
  module IGC00020. If this occurs, the DB2 space copies and
  SYCNDB2 output were processed. No final return will be printed
  however. Check for error messages in this case.
  The code has been changed to always load the correct DCB.
