After an IBM Rational ClearCase Unified Change Management (UCM) deliver -complete failed the user is unable to cancel the delivery. Therefore, the user cannot cancel the deliver even if, due to some checkin error, no checkins have been made.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available in ClearCase versions 7.0.0.8 and 7.0.1.7
