APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS build JCL which references
  the initial / starting subsystems load libraries when customers
  use panel ADB2DDF "Distributed DB2 Systems" CO "Connect to
  remote subsystem" option. As the job is routed to another LPAR
  where the initial / starting subsystems libraries are not
  available the job fails with a dataset not found message
  

Local fix

• Amend the STEPLIB to point to the target subsystems load
  libraries.
