Error description

• Rational COBOL Runtime zSeries V6.0.1:
  
  Note:  APAR PK84494 was also opened for Rational Business
         Developer V7.1.0.  Changes are needed in that product as
         well as the COBOL runtime product.
  
  The following warning is received using the DL/I debugger to
  debug an EGL program when an invalid PCB name is used:
  
    com.ibm.javart.FatalException:  TCPIP error occured on the
    remote host.  Section:  GET-PROXY-REPLY TCPIP-Operation:  READ
    TCPIP-RETCODE:-1 TCPIP-ERNO:50
  
  It is not clear from the above error what the actual problem is.
  
  When an invalid PCB is specified, an abend S0C1 occurs on z/OS
  and the actual error that should be returned for this is
  AIBRETRN:104 AIBREASN:208.
