Error description

• During the merge Log Analysis uses internal buffering to speed
  up the process of applying log records. If during the first pass
  of filling the buffers, the last buffer had less than 21 bytes
  remaining a comparison would fail with an 0C4 unless another
  piece of storage happened to be obtained contiguous to the log
  record buffer.
  
  The abend0c4 occurred in ALALF2 dated 05/30/08 because the page
  at R1 (0995CFF7) + 9 is not available (not getmained).
