PK83340: ADD SUPPORT FOR VIC=Y PARAMETER WHEN USING HPIC WITH DRF

Error description

• Add support for VIC=Y parameter when using HPIC with DRF
  Currently, IMS HPIC keywords and default values that can be
  specified in IMS Database Recovery Facility UTILGBL statement
  or the IC parameter on the ADD command includes the VIC and
  VICDSN parameters. This function is not supported in DRF but now
  will be added per FITs MR0213095522.

  New keyword VIC and VICDSN were added for Virtual Image Copy
  support added by HPIC, and VERIFY key word was added for the
  option of either registering or not registering the IC. The DRF
  code simply parses VIC, VICDSN and NOTIFY and passes the values
  to HPIC via the API.

• FRXEDRF,FRXEGRM,FRXEWSP,FRXESYS,FRXVWSP,FRXEPSS0 AND FRXEDRF0
  have been changed for the new keywords. FROLBLD0 and FRXSDR00
  have been recompiled for FRXUGBL change. FRXUAPI0, FRXVASD0,
  FRXVSTA0 and FRXVSTA1 have been changed to pass the value of
  the keywords of VIC, VICDSN and NOTIFY to HPIC.
