Error description

  • Create an OPTION CPUPCT2 n for Path Checker where n is an
integer.  This OPTION will generate a rebind card to RBINDOUT
for each package that has an estimated CPU increase less than n.
Packages that have no change or ones that are equal to or
greater than  n  will have rebind cards written to PBINDOUT.
