Error description

• Dump Title: OMEGAMON II FOR DB2 DUMP:  TASK=COMMCOLL,ID=V410,
  MOD=UNKNOWN,OFFSET=      ,CODE=S0C4/00000010
  ABEND0C4-10 IGVCPDEL+260 (at 07/14/03 HBB7709 level) on a
  58B01020 (LOAD) instruction with R1 = F0F0F0F0.  The program
  check resulted from a CPOOL DELETE issued from KO2AINIB+21EE
  (at PK73723 level) via a PC instruction with an an invalid
  CELL POOL ID (CPID) set in R1.  The CPID in the RTB was
  incorrect and was used for the CPOOL DELETE.  This lead to the
  error.  This occurred during Omegamon startup.
