Error description

• This APAR will enhance the FPA ANALYZE function to produce a
  new Largest Database Records Report.
  
  This issue is implemented as a result of FITS requirement
  MR1205076255.

  *                      to generate a new Largest Database      *
  *                      Records report.                         *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  FPA ANALYZE function generates the Largest Database Records
  report, when the new keyword LARGEREC_REPORT=YES is specified
  with REPORT subcommand and PTRCHKLVL=FULL keyword.
  This enhancement is being implemented for the FITS requirement
  MR1205076255.
