Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool for zOS created JCL with invalid
  SPACE DCB information for the CATOUT DD name:
  //CATOUT   DD DSN=aaaaaa.aaaaaaa.aaa,
  //            DISP=(NEW,CATLG,DELETE),
  //            DCB=(LRECL=16384,RECFM=VB,BLKSIZE=27998),
  // SPACE=(CYL,(0,0),RLSE),
  //            UNIT=SYSDA,DATACLAS=MVOLEA,BUFNO=30
  resulting in ABENDx37 and/or ABEND0C4 GOC2DTC ADBCDTS
