Problem conclusion

• Introduced a new access control config option for lazy cache
  invalidation to avoid cache misses. To enable this function do
  the following:
  
     Set the following properties in ConfigService Resource
  Environment Provider:
     accesscontrol.rolemapoptimization.enabled=true
     accesscontrol.rolemapoptimization.resourcetype=ICM_CONTENT
     accesscontrol.rolemapoptimization.principals=all
  authenticated portal users; anonymous portal user
     accesscontrol.rolemapoptimization.principals.delimiter=;
  
     Set the following properties in CacheManagerService Resource
  Environment Provider:
