Error description

• Fixes following problems found in development:
  1. FABJ0122E is issued incorrectly with DBALL=Y.
  2. FABJ0008E message text is incorrect.
  3. LIST.HISTORY issued DBs are not registered to DBRC

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR includes some fixes of HPIC   *
  *                      V4R1.                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR includes fixes for the following problems:
  
  1. HPIC Image Copy function terminates with RC=04 and the
     message FABJ3937W ( MSGFABJ3937W ) when the processing
     database is not registered in DBRC.
  
  2. HPIC Image Copy function terminates with RC=16 and the
     message FABJ0122E ( MSGFABJ0122E ) although image copy data
     set name does not duplicate when all of the following
     conditions are satisfied:
     - DBALL=Y is specified.
     - Logically related database consists of two database data
       sets.
     - The two database data sets are specified in the continuous
       statements of ICEIN.
  
  3. HPIC has a typo in the message FABJ0008E ( MSGFABJ0008E ).
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJACQG has been modified to check correctly duplication of the
  image copy data set name.
  
  FABJRPT0 has been modified to issue the LIST.HISTORY command
  only when the DB and DBDS records are registered in DBRC.
  
  FABJSTMP has been modified to correct the typo of message
  FABJ0008E.
