Error description

• The following errors occur if there no target datasets found:
  If either SET ADVISORY or RESTRICT command is enabled, a
  CKZ00012E Internal Error... will be seen. Processing stops at
  that point.
  If neither SET ADVISORY or RESTRICT command is enabled and
  COPY-IF-NO-DB2-TARGET-OBJECTS(Y), the job will return RC=4 when
  it should be RC=0.
