Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS built CREATE INDEX
  DDL which failed with a SQLCODE -644 when the number of
  partitions in a table was reduced.

  The CHANGES file partitioned index contains the original
  number of partitions.
  

Problem conclusion

• A  change was made  to Object Compare  so that  the partition
  number is consistent between the table and index definitions.
