Error description

• NO THREAD SHOWN ON TARGET DB2
  
  ISPF OLM does show threads at the same time VTAM does not.
  
  Looks like the problem is related to VTAM not handling parallel
  threads executing in DB2.  Some inactive threads have QWHSSSID =
  NULL.  This causes ALLTHDS all threads routine to exit with an
  error and no threads in the list.
  
  When DB2 parallelizes complex queries for each of the child
  threads (indicated by an "*" in VTAM) of the parent thread
  (indicated by a "P" in VTAM) an IFCID148 is retrieved by the
  Classic interface. Some of these threads do not contain all the
  information the VTAM display logic expects and an internal
  processing logic error caused the internal table holding the
  active threads to be cleared out thus resulting in a "NO THREADS
  ACTIVE" message. Once these parallel threads terminate the probl
  em cannot be observed. This explains why you saw the problem
  only intermittently.
