Error description

• In monitor reports IMS PA truncates numbers for transactions
  with large IWAIT counts.
  When the number of IWAITs per transaction exceeds 99.99 or
  999.99, high-order digits are dropped.
  The output field is too small to hold the number to 2 decimal
  places.
