LMOD=#UNKNOWN#L, CSECT=NEWCYCLE, OFFSET=  0C04
Log showed the following msg:
KO2O0920E FAILED TO LOCATE DB2 CONTROL BLOCK SCOM. TERMINATING
          (INITTCAI)
IEA794I SVC DUMP HAS CAPTURED:  420
DUMPID=009 REQUESTED BY JOB (#OMDB2C )
ABEND0C4-4 KO2NDRVB+718 (at PK77374 level) on a D203B289D090
(MVC) with R11 bad.  R11 should point to the OMWORK Extention
area (W#EXTEND), but KO2NDRVB fails to initialize the pointer
before using it.  This leads to the program check.
