Error description

• On the Sharelevel change options menu,  users are unable to
  change the values to -1 to use DB2 Autonomic Space maintenance.
  Error message HAA415E is issued
  

Local fix

• User can either force -1 unconditionally in the space quantities
  fields or enter conditional logic to translate a specific value
  to -1.
  Example:
  )SEL &UMAPPQTY EQ 1
  )SET UMAPPQTY = -1
  )ENDSEL
