  • Here is a list of items being addressed:
    1. The incorrect FSE is set to the segment of SDEP when
       recovering with X'4026' log.
    2. IMS V6 APAR: PQ05913 changed the length of the work area that
is passed to IMS user exit: DFSFLGX0.
DFR is not yet enhanced for this apar.

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
The following problems are fixed by this APAR:
    1. The incorrect FSE is set to the segment of SDEP when
       recovering with X'4026' log.

The DFR processes the IOT-EEQE log (X'4026') for the segment
       of SDEP.
At the time, since DFR sets the access mode and issues the
ICM instruction using the GPR15 for obtaining the FSE value
after AR15 is used as work register for the GETMAIN macro by
the system, the right value for FSE is not obtained.

    2. IMS V6 APAR: PQ05913 changed the length of the work area that
is passed to IMS user exit: DFSFLGX0.
DFR is not yet enhanced for this apar.

APAR: PQ05913 increases the size of this work area from 256
       bytes to 512 bytes.

Problem conclusion

  • The following modules and macros have been modified.
    (x = 8, 9 or A)
    *
DFRARMOx - When FUNC=SET is specified, the DFRARMOx macro
issues a DFRARCLx macro for clearing all ARs, before
                setting the access mode.
DFRCMRCx - This module was changed so that all ARs to be used
are specified to the DFRARMOx macro reflecting the
                change of the DFRARMOx macro.
DFRNLG0x - This module was changed so that the FSE value of the
segment of SDEP is not changed when the X'4026 log
                is processed.
DFRLFRCx - This module was changed so that the DFRARCLx macro
is not issued before issuing the DFRARMOx macro
reflecting the change of the DFRARMOx macro.
DFRNLGEx - This module was changed so that the size of the work
area for IMS user exit:DFSFLGX0 is increased from
                256 bytes to 512 bytes.
    *
DFRLFCKx +- These modules were modified to be re-assembled to
    DFRLFTLx | reflect the change.
    DFRL591x |
    DFRL593x |
    DFRL595x |
    DFRNFSTx |
