  Description of problem: During development of an EGL web applica
  tion when used design
  time page templates. On each workspace build after a JSP has bee
  n
  updated a popup error dialog appears saying that 'Page template
  builder:
  ProjectName has encountered a problem'.
  
  
  
  An extract from the .log file in the workspace containing the pr
  oject
  has the following errors:

Local fix

Problem summary

• Can not recreate on RBD 7.5.1.2, this maybe fixed indirectly
  by upating RAD in RBD 7.5.1.2. Suggest customer to update to
  RBD 7.5.1.2.
