PK80200: QCF TO PROVIDE THE ABILITY TO FILTER BASED ON LONG MSG OR SHORT MSG DATASET TYPE

Error description

• Requirement is to see IMS messages belonging to only specific
  Short Msg queue and/or Long Msg queue dataset and provide a
  filter in doing so.  It is desired to see all the messages that
  are in the SHMSG or LGMSG, that is, either only the messages
  on the LGMSG or the SHMSG, and so filtering based on Message
  Queue data set type is proposed.
  
  This is based off FITS REQ MR0401046216 .

  A new selection is added to BROWSE, QUERY and UNLOAD
  function - selection on messages queue types - short or long.
  Short/long selection is additional filter to the other queue
  types - APPC, OTMA, LTERM...
  Samples:
  FUNCTION BROWSE QT=(APPC,OTMA,LONG) - will browse APPC
       and OTMA messages from the long messages queue.
  FUNCTION QUERY  QT=(ALL,SHORT) - will query  all messages
       from the short messages queue
  FUNCTION UNLOAD QT=(ALL,LONG)  - will unload all messages
       from the long  messages queue
  This selection is valid only for non-shared queues.
  New selection fields are added to selection panel IQCP91A -
  selection on short or long messages queue. Default is set to
  select both in the panel. To select a single type - remove the
  second selection.
