* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ALTER RDEF INDEX only supports 4K       *
*                      BUFFER POOL BP0-BP49 for DB2 V8.        *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
ALTER RDEF INDEX has been extended to supports BUFFER POOL
greater than 4K for DB2 V9.
