Error description

• This APAR addresses:
  
  * Increased CPU usage may result from the invalid storage
    constraint messages.
  
  * CQM1055E DB2 QUERY MONITOR ssid IS EXPERIENCING STORAGE
    CONSTRAINTS, DATA LOSS MAY OCCUR, REASON=00000010.
  
  * Workloads in Current Activity are not being closed
    resulting in ever increasing number of workloads in
    current activity.
  
  * Activity Summary, Exceptions, and Current Activity may
    incorrectly display PROGRAM "N/A".
  
  * Message CQM145I - SQL TEXT NOT AVAILABLE may be
    incorrectly issued.
  

Local fix

• Increase the working set size by adding
  MAXIMUM_ALLOCATIONS(8192) in CQMPARMS and recycle the collector
  as needed, when the symptoms are detected.
