PK79890: JAVA 5.0 KEYTOOL DOES NOT SUPPORT 'IMPORTKEYSTORE'

Error description

• The Java 5.0 Keytool User's Guide lists "importkeystore" as a
  valid action. The description of this action states that it:
  "Imports a single entry or all entries from a source keystore to
  a destination keystore."

  This information is incorrect. Java 5.0 keytool does not support
  the importkeystore function. It will return the following
  message if "-importkeystore" is used:
  "Illegal option:  -importkeystore"
  Followed by keytool usage information.
  

Local fix

• This option is supported at Java 6.
  To achieve the desired behavior, the ikeyman utility can be
  used instead.
  

Problem summary

• The 5.0 KeyTool User's Guide lists "importkeystore" as a valid
  action.  But the Java 5.0 KeyTool does not support the
  importkeystore function.  This option is supported in Java 6.
