Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Change Management feature
  generated statements out of sequence and will invalid syntax:
  
                1 TS MMDB8001 TS79865            ADMIN DROP
                2                                PART    1 VALUES
                3 TB MHM      TB79865            ADMIN ALTER TABLE
  resulting in a SQLCODEN104 -104 when the PART 1 VALUES was
  passed to DB2 as DDL.

  When changing the table space of a table using the alter-related
  function of ALC  and adding partitions  to a table space that is
  table-based partitioned, a SQLCODE104 may occur.
  
  When performing the same actions and using Change Management, a
  "Register Incomplete" message may be issued.
