Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool Change Management function generated
  DDL for a LABEL statement which resulted in a SQLCODEN104 -104
  error when attempting to label a view:
  ADB5044I *** INPUT STATEMENT:
     LABEL ON SCHEMA.VIEWNAME
   ;
  sqlerror on LABEL      command, PREPARE    function
   DSNT408I SQLCODE = -104, ERROR:  ILLEGAL SYMBOL
  "<END-OF-STATEMENT>".

  The CHANGES file contains remnants of ALTER records that are not
  needed and incomplete.
  

Problem conclusion

• A change was made to Object Compare so that the correct label
  statements for this case are generated.
