Error description

• Rational Business Developer V7.1.0.2:
  
  Note:  This is a sysroute of PK79731 which was opened against
         7.5.1.
  
  ASRA abend running the generated COBOL program that was migrated
  from VisualAge Generator to Rational Business Developer.
  
  The abend 0C4 occurs in ELAMEM if multiple LE external
  EZE-EXTERNAL-VARIABLES blocks are created.
  
  The following is an example of the errors received with this
  abend:

Local fix

Problem summary

• LE was providing multiple external control blocks, so we had
  to drop the heap pointer before exiting each program, to
  prevent an abend in garbage collection.
  

Problem conclusion

• Software updated. Fixtest available
