• DEDB PC gets ABENDS0C4 in FABAINIT near x'15E2' when the
  DFSUDUMP DD is specified as dummy.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  DEDB Pointer Checker attempts to issue the FABA3518E message
  when the DFSUDUMP DD is specified as DUMMY.
  The abend occured because the base register for the message text
  was incorrect. It is a code error in APAR PK63557.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABAINIT has been modified to add DROP instruction
  to avoid destroying the base register for the FABA3518E message.
