Error description

• This APAR introduces the the ability to read credentials from a
  properties file
  when running XMLAccess.  This allows someone with access to the
  machine to run xmlaccess
  and not have to know the password. These credentials might be
  encrypted.  The property file will then be written back with
  the encrypted password.Note that the XMLAccess client needs to
  run on a system
  that has Portal installed. Note that the XMLAccess client needs

Local fix

Problem summary

• This APAR introduces the ability to read credentials from a
  properties file when running XMLAccess. This allows someone with
  access to the machine to run xmlaccess and not have to know the
  password. These credentials might be encrypted. The property
  file will then be written back with the encrypted password. Note
  that the XMLAccess client needs to run on a system that has
  Portal installed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added -useEncryptedCredentials <file> to xmlaccess.
  Added -noUpdateProperties this flag can be used to skip updating
  the properties file with the encrypted password.
  The properties used in the proprites file for user name and
  password are as follows:
     "com.ibm.SOAP.loginUserid" for the userid
     "com.ibm.SOAP.loginPassword" for the password
