Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS MIG function job issues
  the message:
  ADB280J - Getting space information
  COMMAND DSN NOT FOUND OR REXX IDENTIFIER IS MISSING+
  SUPPLY '/* REXX */' AS THE FIRST RECORD TO EXECUTE AS A REXX
  EXEC OR, FOR AN EXPLICIT EXEC, SUPPLY THE EXEC KEYWORD ON THE
  EXEC COMMAND
  ADB280K - Allocating JCL
  when the JCL does not have a STEPLIB with the DB2 SDSNLOAD lib
  

Local fix

• Include the SDSNLOAD in the STEPLIB DD.
  Please note a JOBLIB pointing to SDSNLOAD will not address the
  issue.
