* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An abend S0C4 occurs when HPU is run    *
*                      under the control of DB2 ADMIN TOOL     *
*                      or of any other user written module     *
*                      that dynamically invokes INZUTILB,      *
*                      after APAR PK68560 is applied.          *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
Module INZUTILB was changed to issue the ATTACH to module
INZUTILK with JSTCB=YES.
